Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Free shipping applies to orders over the store threshold; other orders pay a flat rate chosen at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To start a return, open the order from your account and click “Request return / refund”.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
